Justice Amy Coney Barrett Yale or Harvard the brilliant legal mind in the country
The passing of the notorious RBG, the pioneer , Woman ahead of her time left a void in the United States supreme court and people mourned setting aside their political differences. She broke the glass ceiling! Since there was a vacancy in the United States supreme court president Trump nominated another brilliant legal mind who clerked for late Justice Scalia and serves as a circuit judge on the US court of appeals for seventh circuit.
ACB replacing RBG has become instant headline in all the mainstream media. ACB is a mother of seven children — five biological children, two adopted kids from Haiti and her youngest son is having down syndrome. She is a devout catholic and a soccer mom. In the ideal world she is perfect but the price she and her family have to pay and the pain they have to go through this process is unbearable.
Boston University professor Ibram X. Kendi called her “white colonizer”, he openly made a remark that ACB adopted two black kids and gave the roof over their head from Haiti just to mask the fact that she’s secretly racist and she uses her black kids as an armor to shield her. How low people can go! In the senate hearing ACB admitted that she made this choice of having a large family and there was a notion with radical feminism where men are the enemy and negative force, women don’t need to have kids to be happy with wildly popular terms among progressives such as patriarchy, mansplaining, manspreading, manterruption ?!
But ACB broke every notion of these ideas. As a catholic woman she believes her husband is the head of the house and life starts in conception. As a law professor she graduated top of her class. She was mentored by one of the brilliant legal mind Justice Scalia. These exceptional records were not talking point in the senate. The democrats asked questions on her personal beliefs, they asked her if she condemn white supremacy, if she sexually assaulted anyone, if she will overturn RoeVWade. As a nominee ACB clearly stated that she didn’t have any agenda and couldn’t state her position on the issue. She even mentioned that judges are not policy makers. Judges are there to apply law as its written.
Hypothetically if there were another woman sitting on that seat as SC nominee with three abortion and progressive views, the liberals would have been kinds. As I said ACB broke every notion of radical feminism that you dont have to be alone and miserable to become successful. ACB is the first nominee for supreme court without graduating from Harvard or Yale! There was a key moment in the senate hearing when a senator asked for the notes that was in front of her. She showed an empty notepad 📝! She showed that you don’t have to have a notes or bundle of books in front of you to speak the truth. Looking forward to seeing her ruling the court for years to come!
